ASSOCIATION POLICY:

Malesia e Madhe Association New York is registered as a non-profit organization with the State of New York and is IRS tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). The constitution of Malesia e Madhe Association New York is the overall governing body of its members and executives. Malesia e Madhe Association New York, under its statute and bylaws, reserves the right to terminate membership if misconduct or misdemeanor occurs without refund of membership fee. Our performance is based on the voluntary work of our members. All revenue from membership fees and donations will be used in accordance with our constitution, projected sponsorships, and/or any administrative needs.
